The route entails cycling along a cycling path, jeep track and back country tared road.

Firstly, Stark-Conde wine estate, nestled in the foothills of the idyllic Jonkershoek Valley with majestic mountains, lush fynbos and picturesque vineyards. Without a doubt it focuses on producing red wines with a particular emphasis on Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and other Bordeaux and Rhône varietals. The vineyards spread across the slopes of the valley, offering a patchwork of greenery against the backdrop.
